Prof. Xishun Zhao is invited by Prof. Hans Kleine Buening to visit Deparment of Computer Science of University Paderborn for academic research and communication. After that, he will come to Deparment of Computer Science of Hegen University for research on the cooperation program of computational Complexity between China and Germany for three months until Feb, 2006.

 On Dec 16, 2005, ILC offically signs the Agreement of Cooperation with ILLC (Institute of Logic, Language and computation) in the University of Amsterdam. Presidents of both Universities also attend the ceremony. And a workshop is held for Prof. Shier Ju and Prof. Qingyin Liang on that day.

 The famous international Logician and specialist on theory of computation Prof. Boban Velickovic of Université Paris 7 is invited by Prof. Yi Zhang to visit ILC from Dec 11-23, 2005.
